  • MTS — Mobile TeleSystems is the largest mobile phone operator in Russia and the CIS. MTS services over 91.33 million subscribers. MTS provides mobile communications in Russia, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Armenia and Belarus, the territory with a total population of more than 230 million.

  • Motiv — Ekaterinburg-2000 is a mobile operator which provides telecommunications and value-added services under the brand Motiv in two standards: AMPS/D-AMPS-800 (TDMA) since 1996 and GSM-1800 since 2002. Motiv coverage area extends over the territory of Ekaterinburg and Sverdlovsk region with a population of 4.5 million people.
  • NTK — Vladivostok New Telefon Company, GSM and ISP in Primosk region.
  • TELE2 Russia — network In Russia was launched in 2003. Over the next four years, the company invested over 1 billion dollars in its regional projects and launched proprietary networks in a number of Russian constituent entities. Before launching a network, the company always upgrades it and installs new equipment that will enable its efficient long-term development.
