The Alcatel-Lucent 1350 Management Suite is a comprehensive set of network management applications, bundled according to the transport network solutions managed (e.g. connectivity services based on Ethernet, SDH/SONET, WDM technologies).

The Alcatel-Lucent 1350 Management Suite has evolved along with the technology in transport networking to include management of GMPLS-driven automatic switched restoration capabilities, carrier-class data-aware packet-oriented infrastructure services (as provided by Ethernet-over-TDM, MPLS and RPR technologies) and coarse/dense WDM in optical transport networks (OTN) and pre-OTN networks.

The application portfolio is completed with interfaces for OSS and Business Management systems integration, as well as with tools supporting the network engineering and surveillance.
