With two Gigabit Ethernet inputs and dual ASI outputs, the CMR-8500 is capable of total network throughput up to 155 Mbps and aggregate packet processing of 140,000 packets per second. The CMR-8500 provides customers with a migration path from DVB-S applications to higher speed applications using DVB-S2.
